Faulty Items
If you believe your order is faulty please contact this office. If returning the item, please package the item securely and include your order number and address label then return it to this office. Please include your contact details.

Refund or Return Items Policy
Aviva Tropica Int'l P/L does not provide refunds or returns unless the item received is damaged in transit, is lost, is faulty or is incorrectly shipped. If you believe any of these have occurred please contact this office.
